Exchanges for Damaged Candles:
- If your candles arrive damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are committed to making it right.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: your order number, pictures of the damaged package and products, and details of the replacement or exchange you require.
- We will promptly send you a new order of your damaged products to ensure you receive the items you ordered in perfect condition.
- Please note that exchanges for damaged candles do not include shipping costs.
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return an unburned candle for a refund within 7 days of receiving it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details of the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Please return eligible items to the address listed on your packing list.
- Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund.
- Please note that if you purchase a holiday gift set or custom set, no refund will be given for these items.
