Exchanges or Damaged Candles
If your candles arrive damaged, we would like too sincerely apologize upfront. Please email us with pictures of your damaged package and we will send you a new order of your damaged products. If you are not satisfied with the fragrances that you picked you can return the unburned candle to the address below.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, pictures and details of the replacement and or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return an unburned candle for a refund (not including original shipping costs) within 7 days of receiving it. Please return eligible items to the address on your packing list. Once we receive your return you will get an email confirmation on the process of your refund. We will email you confirmation once we receive the candle and process your refund. If you purchase a holiday gift set or custom set no refund will be given.
